Twenty-one years of family law experience in Arkansas, delivered fully bilingual. Divorce, custody, support, and the family matters that don't fit neatly in one language. Honest counsel, plain explanations, free first consultation.
Family law covers the moments that matter most. Every case is different — the consultation is free so we can talk through yours before anyone signs anything.
Uncontested and contested divorce, asset division, spousal support. Honest assessment of your options before filing — not after.
Custody, visitation, parenting plans, and modifications. Focused on what works for your children long-term, not just the court date.
Establishment, modification, and enforcement of support orders. Arkansas guidelines explained plainly so you know what to expect.
Stepparent, relative, and private adoptions. Paperwork done right the first time so the family stays whole through the process.
Guardianship of minors and adults with disabilities. Court petitions, hearings, and ongoing court reporting handled.
Drafted carefully and bilingually when needed. Protects both partners and prevents the harder conversation later.
If English isn't your first language, the family court system can feel built to keep you out. I built my practice to fix that — every document, every conversation, every court appearance, available fully in Spanish or English. Same lawyer, same care, both languages.
You don't need a separate translator. You don't need to bring a family member to interpret your case. You get a fluent, experienced family attorney who works in both languages every day.
I've practiced family law in Arkansas for more than two decades. Every year, the same pattern: families who needed real legal help got bounced from office to office because of a language barrier, or paid extra for translation services that left half the conversation on the floor.
My practice is built for those families — fully bilingual from the first phone call to the final order. Hispanic and Latino families in Northwest Arkansas have a right to the same caliber of family law representation as anyone else, and the language they speak shouldn't change that.
That commitment to bilingual practice is my unfair advantage — and I bring it to every case, English or Spanish.
The first conversation is on me — we'll talk through your situation, the realistic options, and what next steps would cost. No obligation, no pressure.
