Apps · Built in Bentonville

Four apps live on the App Store. Yours could be next.

A golf coach, an Army fitness test grader, an options-trading journal, and a coloring book for my two girls — designed, built, and shipped by me. Next: the app your business runs on. Booking, ordering, an AI that answers your phone, the tools your crew uses. You own it.

01 · On the App Store

Four apps. Four different worlds.

Golfers, soldiers, traders, and kids. Different users, same builder — every one designed, coded, and taken through Apple's review by me.

Better Every Bucket showing hips, shoulders and hands firing order
Better Every Bucket verdict screen with the drill that fixes the fault

Better Every Bucket: Golf

Sports · AI swing analysis
  • Film one swing. AI pose tracking follows 33 points on the body, every frame.
  • Grades tempo against the tour's 3:1 and whether hips fire before shoulders — then hands you the drill that fixes it.
  • No account, nothing uploaded. I built the app, the website, the brand, and every reel.

Go/No-Go counting hand-release push-ups from the phone camera
Go/No-Go scorecard for all five Army Fitness Test events

Go/No-Go: AFT Grader

Health & Fitness · Army Fitness Test
  • Prop the phone on the ground. It counts hand-release push-ups to the ATP 7-22.01 standard, out loud — and tells you why a rep didn't count.
  • Times the plank and calls the sag or pike the way a grader would.
  • Scores all five events on the official tables effective 1 June 2025: GO or NO-GO at 300 and 350.
  • The camera analysis runs on the phone. No account; works in Airplane Mode.

Veteran-built, independent training tool — not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Army or DoD.

03 · The software behind this business

I run my own sales team on apps I built.

Before you trust me with your crew's tools, know that mine run on the same thing — every day, in the field.

Field kitThe reps' phone app: the script, today's doors, and orders logged on the spot.
DispatchSends every rep their day — their floor, their demos, their links — in one tap.
Command centerOne screen for the pipeline, the day's runs, and what's due.
Daily driverA to-do list synced across phone and laptop, wired to Google Calendar.
Site analyticsCalls, texts, and form fills by page — first-party, no third-party tracking.
NFC toolsBoards for programming and tracking every review stand in the field.

These are internal and password-protected — but they're exactly the kind of tool I can build for your team.

04 · What I can build for you

If your business runs on it, it can be an app.

Booking & memberships

Barbers, salons, gyms, studios. Book, rebook, sell memberships, bring back the ones who drifted.

Ordering & quotes

Makers, food, trades. Order without an account; quotes and shipping that calculate themselves.

AI receptionist

Answers after hours, books appointments, and logs every call so nothing slips — like Bailey and Pearl.

Home-screen apps

Loyalty, check-in, specials. An icon on your customers' phones, iPhone and Android, no App Store wait.

iPhone App Store apps

When you need a real App Store listing. I've taken four through Apple's review — with camera AI, subscriptions, and kid-safe design.

Field & office tools

Job boards, crew checklists, dashboards — the stuff spreadsheets and group texts keep breaking on.

“Unparalleled support. Tom has been so proactive that he has resolved problems before we even knew they existed. Without Tom we would still be in the stone age.”

“Clean, premium, and it tells our story better than I ever could. He's a veteran himself, took every call personally, and turned it around fast. If you want a site that looks like you mean business, Thomas is your guy.”

“I tested Thetahouse during the beta and was impressed from the start. Importing my trade documents was easy, with no tedious manual entry, and the feedback was instant. Best part: none of my data ever left my phone. No uploading personal financial info to someone's server, no wondering who has access to it. If you want a trade journal that does the work for you and keeps your data where it belongs, this is worth the download.”

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I need an App Store app?
Often, no. A home-screen app installs with an icon on iPhone and Android, skips Apple's review and fees, and updates instantly. If you do need the App Store, I've shipped there — four of my apps are live on it.
What does an app cost?
It depends on what it has to do, so it's quoted after one conversation — before any build starts — and the number doesn't move once we agree.
Who owns it?
You do. The code, the accounts, the domain, and any App Store listing go in your name.
Can it connect to what I already use?
Often. I've wired apps to Stripe payments, Google Calendar, voice AI, and form inboxes. If something won't connect cleanly, I'll tell you on the first call instead of after you've paid.

Got an app idea? Tell me what it should do.

If an app isn't the right answer, I'll say so — sometimes a better website or a simple tool does the job for a fraction of the price.
